CNC Manager
An established manufacturing company is seeking a CNC Manager/Supervisor to lead their CNC operations and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. This position offers the opportunity to oversee strategy, support manufacturing excellence, and lead a high-performing technical team in a fast-paced CNC manufacturing environment. Fantastic company, privately owned, and experiencing great growth.
Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
• 6+ years of CNC manufacturing experience required
• Strong background CNC/tooling technology, machining operations, and manufacturing process improvement
• Knowledge of blueprint reading, geometric tolerancing, and precision measuring instruments
• Previous leadership, employee development, and CNC/project management experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, leadership, and organizational skills
