Estimator - Power Infrastructure (Heavy Civil) Location:

• Office NO REMOTE Opportunities We are hiring an Estimator for our Prineville, OR. office who can build accurate, thoughtful, and complete estimates that set projects up for success before they ever break ground.
• This role goes beyond putting numbers on a page.
• You will be expected to think critically, identify risk, stay detail-oriented, and develop clear, dependable estimates in a fast-moving environment.
• You will work across teams to align scope, assumptions, and priorities while helping strengthen how we estimate, communicate, and manage a demanding bid workload.
• Some bids will be straightforward, but many will not.
• Success in this role requires flexibility, sound judgment under pressure, and the ability to keep moving forward when timelines are tight.
