Our bank client is seeking to fill a Chief Lending Officer role in the Minneapolis, MN area. The position is responsible for the strategic direction, profitability, quality, and growth of the Bank's lending functions. The CLO oversees commercial, commercial real estate, agricultural (if applicable), consumer, residential mortgage, SBA, and loan operations while ensuring sound credit administration, regulatory compliance, and portfolio quality. This opportunity has a generous salary of up to $180K and a benefits package.
