Gresham Ford in Gresham, OR is looking for an Outside Parts Sales Representative to grow wholesale and fleet parts sales across an assigned territory while serving as a broader ambassador for the dealership.
The core of the role is building and owning a customer base including independent repair shops, collision centers, municipalities, and fleet operators, and driving those relationships with Ford Genuine Parts, Motorcraft products, and RepairLink.
Beyond parts, this person helps customers understand the full value of partnering with a Ford dealership: service capabilities, mobile service, pick-up and delivery, commercial vehicle sales, and the commercial repair center.

What You'll Do
- Promote and sell Ford Genuine Parts and Motorcraft products to wholesale customers, emphasizing OEM quality, reliability, and program advantages
- Develop new business through active prospecting of independent shops, collision centers, municipalities, and fleet accounts
- Build and maintain relationships with existing accounts through regular in-person visits and consistent follow-through
- Educate customers on Ford parts programs, warranties, promotions, and reward programs including RepairLink
- Represent the full dealership operation (service, mobile service, pick-up and delivery, commercial vehicle sales, and the commercial repair center) to strengthen long-term customer partnerships
- Coordinate with the parts counter and inventory team to ensure accurate fulfillment and timely delivery
- Track customer interactions, sales activity, and territory performance in the CRM system
- Meet or exceed monthly sales objectives, gross profit targets, and customer retention goals
What We're Looking For
- Highly self-directed with a track record of hitting sales targets independently
- Familiarity with Motorcraft product lines and Ford-specific parts programs preferred
- Existing relationships within the local automotive repair or fleet community is a strong plus
- Proficiency with CRM tools and dealership management systems
- Comfortable with Google Drive and related productivity tools
- Strong problem-solving ability with a customer-first approach to account management
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned local territory
- Ability to occasionally lift and transport parts or promotional materials
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
