As a Product Manager at CareBridge, you will define, build, and enhance product capabilities that support one of CareBridge's core service lines. You will partner closely with Engineering, Clinical, Operations, and Client Success teams to deliver high-quality product solutions that improve workflows, strengthen data quality, and create value for our customers and internal stakeholders.
The ideal candidate has 35 years of Product Management experience and thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. In this role, you will translate business and user needs into clear product requirements, manage initiatives from discovery through delivery, and leverage data and stakeholder feedback to continuously improve product performance and user experience.
We are seeking a hands-on, highly organized, and technically curious Product Manager with experience delivering healthcare technology solutions. The successful candidate will be an effective communicator, skilled at collaborating across teams, and passionate about solving complex challenges that improve care delivery and outcomes.
Location: Virtual: This role enables associates to work virtually full-time, with the exception of required in-person training sessions (when indicated), providing maximum flexibility and autonomy. This approach promotes productivity, supports work-life integration, and ensures essential face-to-face onboarding and skill development.
