The Hire Mark is partnering with a growing healthcare organization seeking an experienced Corporate Human Resources Director to oversee Human Resources operations across nine Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs).
This is an excellent opportunity for an HR leader who thrives in a multi-site healthcare environment and enjoys partnering with executive leadership to build strong teams, ensure compliance, and foster a positive workplace culture.
The Regional HR Director will provide strategic leadership and operational support to HR teams across multiple facilities. This individual will partner closely with facility administrators and executive leadership to drive HR initiatives, maintain compliance, improve employee engagement, and standardize best practices throughout the organization.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
5+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience.
Multi-site HR management experience required.
Healthcare, Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), assisted living, or long-term care experience strongly preferred.
Strong knowledge of California employment law, employee relations, and HR compliance.
Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to travel regularly between facilities throughout Southern California.
