Position would require the candidate to be a W2 employee of Donatech. US Citizenship Required. Record all incoming supplier refunds. Perform daily bank ties for refund bank account(s). Perform research to determine appropriate application/disposition for all assigned refund cases. Prepare required financial entries to accurately transfer refunds to the appropriate supplier or GL account. Support monthly reporting requirements for leadership. Support weekly check special handling requirements. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed to support the organization. The typical work schedule is remote with a requirement to support work in the GFS office in Lakeland, FL on Monday mornings. The candidate must be a U.S. citizen and may not hold dual citizenship due to system and security requirements.
