The ideal candidate is passionate about nurturing young hearts and minds in a Christ-centered environment and is committed to fostering spiritual, academic, and emotional growth in children.Professional Qualifications:1–2 years of experience in early childhood education or children's ministryHigh School Diploma or GEDCPR certification (or willingness to obtain within the first year)Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skillsSpiritual and Personal Qualifications:A personal and growing relationship with Jesus ChristAgreement with and active support of the school's Statement of Faith and Lifestyle StatementServes as a Christian role model in attitude, speech, and conductDemonstrates spiritual maturity, integrity, and confidentialityActive attendance in an evangelical churchA heart for children and a calling to Christian educationDuties and Responsibilities:Provide loving, attentive care including feeding, grooming, and diaperingPlan and lead age-appropriate, engaging activities aligned with Early Learning FoundationsIntegrate Biblical principles into daily routines and curriculumFoster a safe, clean, and joyful classroom environmentCommunicate regularly with parents about their child's growth and development
