Data Analyst
Hybrid – Indianapolis, IN
About the Role
We are seeking a Data Analyst with 3–5 years of experience working specifically within the pharma industry to join a pharma-focused data team. This role focuses on turning large, complex datasets into clear, actionable insight for business stakeholders. You will work closely with data engineering teams to access and shape data from modern cloud platforms, and with business groups to understand their questions and translate them into reporting, dashboards, and analysis.

Required Qualifications 3–5 years of data analysis / business intelligence experience specifically within the pharma industry Working knowledge of Databricks for querying and analyzing data Familiarity with AWS data services (e.g., S3, Redshift, Glue) in an analytics context Comfortable working with Big Data and datasets processed through Apache Spark Strong SQL skills; experience with Python for data analysis is a plus Demonstrated ability to understand pharma business needs and speak to pharma business groups Strong communication skills, with demonstrated ability to present data to business stakeholders Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related), or equivalent practical experience Preferred Qualifications Experience with BI/visualization tools Exposure to Delta Lake, Snowflake, or similar modern data platforms Prior experience supporting pharma commercial, clinical, or R&D reporting functions
