- Partner with senior business leaders and executives to define and execute HR strategies that align with business goals, driving organizational performance and operational effectiveness. - Provide thought leadership on key HR initiatives, advising leadership on best practices related to workforce planning, organizational design, and leadership development. - Leverage data to guide talent and performance decisions, enhancing the organization's ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent. - Foster a collaborative, high-impact HR team culture focused on delivering results and supporting the business's strategic goals. - Continuously evaluate and improve HR programs, policies, and practices to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the business and comply with legal and regulatory requirements. - Align with key HR stakeholder leaders to assess intersectionality of initiatives, address current and/or anticipated challenges, and maintain transparency. - Serve as a trusted advisor, influencing business decisions through a deep understanding of business operations, industry trends, and HR analytics, while also advising on complex business issues. - Lead and develop a team of HR professionals, setting clear expectations, providing coaching, and ensuring the team is aligned with business goals and equipped to execute HR initiatives effectively.
