Founded in Tampa, Florida, i9 Sports is the nation's first and largest youth sports league franchise business, serving families in more than 500 communities nationwide. We provide youth sports leagues, camps, and clinics for children ages 317 in today's most popular sports, including flag football, soccer, basketball, volleyball, baseball, and more. Responsibilities

• Lead and support youth sports games while creating a fun and encouraging atmosphere
• Learn and apply i9 Sports rules and guidelines to promote safe and fair competition
• Teach and reinforce teamwork, sportsmanship, effort, and respect
• Provide age-appropriate instruction and encouragement during games
• Manage game timing, scoring, and basic field/court responsibilities
• Communicate professionally and positively with players, coaches, parents, and staff
• Help create an organized, welcoming, and memorable experience for every family

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and passion for working with children
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous sports playing, coaching, or officiating experience preferred
• Ability to lead, problem-solve, and take initiative
• Dependable, responsible, and comfortable working independently
• Ability to work weekend schedules throughout the season (approximately 7 weeks)
• Must successfully complete a National Criminal Background Check
