Product Marketing - GTM Program Manager (Aggregation)

121 Albright Way, Los Gatos, CA 95032

$127-$137/hr

8 month contract (opportunity to extend/convert, W-2 and benefits eligible)

Our company is expanding its offering and is exploring Aggregation partners (similar and separate from our partnership with TF1 here.) For each aggregation partnership launch, we will have a dedicated go-to-market workstream that is responsible for bringing strategy to fruition through hyper-coordinated planning and execution.

This role is the connective tissue for GTM execution. We are looking for someone who can absorb important context across business, product, and marketing and put all the working cross-functional knowledge into a working system for outbound GTM that everyone can operate within. Specifically, we're looking for someone who is:

  • A systems-level thinker who can see how the pieces of a launch connect and build the scaffolding to hold them together
  • Able to ramp quickly on business, product, and marketing context and translate that into connective systems and shared operating rhythm
  • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented, without needing to be asked
  • Outcomes-oriented focused on what actually needs to land, not just what's on the tracker
  • Skilled at breaking down complex, ambiguous problems into simple, executable tasks
  • Able to lead teams through influence, not authority
  • Comfortable creating organization out of chaos, especially where little is defined
  • A great communicator, calibrated for audiences from working teams to execs
  • A team enabler, not a solo owner this role multiplies other people's effectiveness rather than doing the work themselves or in isolation
  • Someone who thrives in ambiguity and in a context that keeps changing underneath them

Role Scope & Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end GTM program management for aggregation launches the connective layer between strategy (owned by PMM/PM/leadership) and execution (owned by various x-functional teams)
  • Designing and running the operating cadence for a launch: recurring syncs, sub-workstream meetings, and the escalation path between them
  • Building and maintaining the shared operating system (trackers, milestone/workback plans, stakeholder maps) that XFN teams work out of day to day
  • Managing internal communications on GTM progress, key milestones, and risks, calibrated for both working teams and leadership
  • Driving GTM execution through to fruition surfacing risk early, unblocking cross-team dependencies, and holding the group accountable to deliverable dates
