Job Title: Mobile Engineer
Location: Livonia, Michigan (On-Site)

Job Summary: We are seeking a Mobile Engineer to support the ongoing operation, inspection, and maintenance of critical building systems and equipment. Our team is looking for a professional who can help keep facility operations running safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime through responsive repairs and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair response work orders for facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems, equipment, and components.
• Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC/R systems, electrical distribution equipment, plumbing systems, building interior and exterior areas, grounds, and production equipment.
• Complete assigned facility inspections and due diligence efforts, and report on conditions that affect client occupancy and operations.
• Submit P-card receipts daily, update work order status in real time, and use CMMS systems such as Corrigo for all work performed.

Required:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Universal CFC recovery certification, or the ability to obtain it within 90 days of employment.
• Minimum of four years of technical experience in building engineering with a strong background in HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, production equipment repair, and maintenance.
• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial refrigeration and/or supermarket refrigeration, including rack refrigeration.
• Valid state driver’s license and availability for call-in work, including placement on an on-call schedule as required.
• Knowledge of overall system design and applications, with preferred experience using CMMS work order systems and working knowledge of Word and Excel.
