Summary: Cook Children's Manager of Employee Relations leads the day-to-day operations of our Employee Relations team. In this role, you will provide leadership to Employee Relations Representatives responsible for supporting workplace concerns, employee relations matters, and policy guidance. Also, you will ensure employee relations issues are addressed consistently, timely, and in accordance with organizational policies, employment practices, and applicable laws.

In this role, you develop team capability, monitor case quality and service delivery, identify trends and emerging risks, and partner with Human Resources, Legal, Compliance, and organizational leaders to support effective workplace practices.
