We're looking for a curious, analytical, and forward-thinking Shopper Insights & Analytics Manager to help shape the future of the Walmart business at Clorox. This role sits at the intersection of shopper insights, advanced analytics, customer strategy, and digital commerce. You'll bring together multiple sources of datafrom shopper behavior and syndicated insights to digital commerce and retailer analyticsto uncover meaningful opportunities that influence decisions across Sales, Category Leadership, Marketing, and our Walmart customer team.

Develop forward-looking shopper and category point of views that help Clorox and Walmart anticipate where shoppers, categories, and retail are headednot just where they've been.
As the Shopper Insights & Analytics Manager supporting Walmart, you'll serve as a strategic thought partner responsible for bringing the Walmart shopper to life and helping our teams make smarter, faster, and more confident business decisions.

What You'll Bring
Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in Shopper Insights, Consumer Insights, Category Management, Analytics, Customer Insights, or related fields.
- Experience working with large retailers, with Walmart experience strongly preferred.
- Strong foundation in both consumer/shopper research and advanced business analytics.
- Experience presenting insights and recommendations directly to retail customers and senior business leaders.
- Demonstrated success influencing commercial decisions through insight-driven storytelling.
Core Shopper Insights Experience:
- Ability to frame business questions, develop learning plans, test hypotheses, and translate findings into action.
- Deep understanding of consumer and shopper research methodologies, including quantitative, qualitative, syndicated, and behavioral data.
- Experience developing shopper, category, and path-to-purchase insights that influence commercial strategy.
- Identify and anticipate emerging shopper behaviors, macro trends, and future growth opportunities before they become obvious in the business.
- Experience synthesizing multiple data sources into clear, actionable growth-driving recommendations.
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex analyses for senior leaders and retailer partners.
Technical & Analytical Skills:
- Syndicated data (Circana, NielsenIQ, Numerator).
- Walmart Scintilla preferred (or demonstrated ability to quickly learn retailer-specific analytics platforms).
- Digital commerce, omnichannel and retail media analytics.
- Experience leveraging Kantar, Mintel, CRC or other retailer and trend sources.
- Experience designing and interpreting quantitative and qualitative consumer and shopper research.
- Experience with visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau and advanced Excel skills.

We use broad salary ranges that reflect the competitive market for similar jobs, provide sufficient opportunity for growth as you gain experience and expand responsibilities, while also allowing for differentiation based on performance. Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.
Zone A: $131,200 - $258,500
Zone B: $120,300 - $237,000
Zone C: $109,400 - $215,500

This job is also eligible for participation in Clorox's incentive plans, subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and policies.
