Position Summary

The Scheduler works closely with the Executive Director to coordinate resident care staffing and ensure appropriate caregiver coverage.
This position plays a vital role in supporting daily operations by creating and maintaining staff schedules, onboarding new clients, assisting with caregiver management, and helping ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with caregiving experience who is ready to step into a leadership role and make a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain caregiver schedules to ensure quality resident care and appropriate staffing levels

• Coordinate care schedules for new and existing residents

• Assist with onboarding and reviewing new client admissions

• Recruit, hire, train, mentor, and support caregivers

• Review and approve employee timecards

• Monitor staffing needs and make scheduling adjustments as needed

• Help ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare standards

• Work collaboratively with the Executive Director and leadership team to support community operations

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of caregiving experience in Assisted Living or Home Care

• At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience

• Previous scheduling experience strongly preferred

• Experience with ERSP scheduling software preferred

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Ability to pass a background check

• Current Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card

• Current First Aid and CPR certification
