• THE ROLE We are hiring an Estimator who can build accurate, thoughtful, and complete estimates that set projects up for success before they ever break ground.
• This role goes beyond putting numbers on a page.
• You will be expected to think critically, identify risk, stay detail-oriented, and develop clear, dependable estimates in a fast-moving environment.
• You will work across teams to align scope, assumptions, and priorities while helping strengthen how we estimate, communicate, and manage a demanding bid workload.
• Some bids will be straightforward, but many will not.
• Success in this role requires flexibility, sound judgment under pressure, and the ability to keep moving forward when timelines are tight.
