Job description
CMC Electric, LLC of Clayton, NC is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for, Saturday shift. This Customer Service Representative (CSR) position earns a competitive wage of $15-$17 per hour, depending on experience. ABOUT CMC ELECTRIC, LLCWe have served the electrical needs of residents and businesses in the Triangle area and beyond since 2005. We tackle everything from minor fixes to major renovations and installations. Other electricians may seek to profit by cutting corners or recommending unnecessary services to customers. We won't! We believe that consistent, trustworthy service will continue to build a great reputation and customer goodwill in the long run. We believe in the Golden Rule, to do unto others as we would have done to ourselves. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR)As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you are the voice of our company as you provide superb customer service to our clients. Your positive, friendly disposition comes through over the phone and in online chats--and is one of the reasons that our clients enjoy doing business with us. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR)Customer service experiencePhone experienceBasic computer skillsEnjoy working with peopleIndustry-specific experience is a plus but not required. Are you team-oriented? Do you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills? Can you solve issues for all kinds of clients with professionalism and patience? Do you enjoy interacting with people on the phone and understand good phone etiquette? Can you manage your time well and prioritize tasks effectively?
