We're looking for energetic, dependable, and student-focused Teacher Assistants to join our growing team.This is an exciting opportunity to become part of one of New Jersey's fastest-growing before and after-school providers, build meaningful relationships with students and families, and help create engaging, enriching experiences that make a lasting impact every day.Position OverviewLead Teachers play a vital role in creating safe, engaging, and enriching after-school experiences for elementary-aged students throughout Woodbridge Township.Team members are typically assigned to a consistent school location where they build lasting relationships with students, families, school staff, and fellow educators while leading daily enrichment activities and supporting program operations.As part of our collaborative leadership culture, Lead Teachers may occasionally assist at another nearby Leading Edge location when operational needs arise.
