The HR Specialist ensures an accurate, compliant, and people-centered team member experience by managing HR systems, delivering a seamless onboarding process, supporting benefits administration, and supporting occupational safety programs. This role safeguards operational integrity while creating a welcoming and professional first impression and helping maintain a safe, compliant workplace.
Schedule Details: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Compensation Details & Benefits: $58,000-$62,000 annual salary. Full-time employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including: Paid Time Off (PTO), medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, short-term disability coverage, 401(k) plan with company match, and more!
