The Production Associate supports daily manufacturing operations by performing assigned production activities while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standards. This role may support multiple areas of the manufacturing process, including batching, blending, encapsulation, powder fill, labeling, packaging, and stick pack operations.
Production Associates are expected to follow established procedures, maintain accurate documentation, support production goals, and work collaboratively with team members to ensure products are manufactured safely and meet company standards.
Production Associates may be assigned to one or more of the following areas:
Fast-paced manufacturing environment supporting dietary supplement production. Production Associates may work across multiple production areas depending on business needs, staffing requirements, and training. This role requires flexibility, teamwork, and a commitment to maintaining quality, safety, and production standards while supporting daily manufacturing operations.
