Job description

Client Growth Leader In Water Resources

Brown and Caldwell (BC) is seeking a Utah-based water resources leader to help clients address some of the region's most pressing water challenges. As a local Client Growth Leader in Water Resources, you will serve as a trusted advisor to water conservancy districts, municipalities, wastewater agencies, and state organizations, helping them navigate issues related to water supply reliability and rights, climate resilience, population growth, resource sustainability, and long-term planning.

Based out of our Salt Lake Office (hybrid/remote from Utah available), this role will provide strategic leadership on integrated water resources planning efforts, including evaluating the interconnected impacts of water management decisions on water supplies and demands, infrastructure, environmental resources, and the Great Salt Lake. The successful candidate will maintain a strong pulse on emerging water issues through active engagement with clients, industry organizations, regional partnerships, and professional committees, helping clients anticipate challenges and identify opportunities. You will lead project pursuit efforts, provide technical direction on important and innovative water resources projects, and mentor staff.

Beyond technical leadership, you will help connect the dots between water resources needs and BC's broader water resources, water, wastewater, reuse, treatment, conveyance, and environmental practices and personnel. Working closely with Client Service Managers and technical leaders supporting these practices, you will bring the right expertise to our clients' most important challenges while helping grow and strengthen long-term partnerships.
