RideNow Group is the largest publicly traded powersports dealership network in the United States, operating approximately 50+ locations across multiple states.
The Risk Manager is responsible for building, standardizing, and leading the company's enterprise-wide risk management program, with a primary focus on workers' compensation, claims management, and insurance programs within a self-insured retention (SIR) structure.
Operating within the RideNow Way, this role helps bring consistency, accountability, and operational discipline to overall risk management practices across all locationsensuring that processes are followed, incidents are handled effectively, and decisions support both employee well-being and business performance.
The position partners closely with Legal, HR, Operations, Brokers, and TPAs to actively manage risk exposure, ensure compliance, and drive accountability at the store level.
The goal of this role is to transform risk management from a reactive, decentralized model into a structured, cost-controlled, and scalable function that supports operational performance and financial outcomes. Success relies on personal execution, deep analytical capability, and the ability to influence field leadership, store managers, and external partners without direct organizational authority.
