Ladder is looking to hire a brilliant social strategist and day-to-day platform operator who thinks in formats, has socially-native self-awareness and knows how to execute quickly. You're not here to churn out basic posts or hit a daily post quota; you're here to make Ladder's social presence a smash-follow.
We want our channels to turn heads, spark conversations, and stay on the cutting edge of culture. Your role: Amplify the Ladder experience by running our organic social strategy, showcasing why Ladder is the world's best fitness app and bring real value to our community through smart education and bold entertainment.
Let's be honest, anyone can do social media. We're looking for a rare breed, the 1% of social marketers someone who is intensely passionate about content strategy and creation, with a proven track record, has self-awareness and cultural taste for days and isn't afraid to lead.
