Learn more about us at https://www.rentcip.com/careers - Full Job Description Below Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Drive the sale and act as a knowledgeable guide for current and future residents using effective and professional sales techniques to discuss community layouts, and available amenitiesRespond to queries/leads and coordinate property viewings, follow ups and updating of contact management databasePrepare and review all lease, move in, and move out related documents with residentsMay inspect the condition of the community, including available units and coordinate with maintenance and vendors for servicesAssist in utilizing all company software in an accurate and timely manner for any potential resident documentation.Maintains the listings of available and unavailable community unitsMay be responsible for creating and managing social media content on multiple social media platforms to build an audience and ensure customer engagementCoordinate and execute prospect and resident experience strategiesMay be responsible for cleaning, including community units and clubhouse areasCommunicates effectively and professionally with all residents and coworkers while working in a team environmentAbsorbs and complies with laws/policies regarding Federal, State and Municipal Fair Housing Laws, State Tenant Landlord Act, and the Federal and State Safety Regulations What you need for success: High school diploma and one to three years of related experiencePunctual and regular attendance is an essential function of this roleOpen availability to work weekendsSafely and legally operate an automobile and golf cartAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units or measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimalsAbility to use effective communication skills including in person, phone, email and writtenAbility to interpret and retain a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, and electronic formCurrent drivers license with minimal violations is required.
