Caregiver Responsibilities As a Caregiver, you will play an essential role in helping seniors and adults maintain independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.

• Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene assistance
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship
• Support clients with activities of daily living and mobility needs
• Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families
• Work in clients' homes throughout Idaho with varying shift schedules and care needs

Caregiver Requirements

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license preferred, but not required
• Previous Caregiver experience is a plus, but we welcome compassionate individuals with a desire to help others
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and pass a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check
• Honest, dependable, energetic, and caring personality
• Strong communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional in-home care
