The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for full-cycle recruiting across the company's workforce. This is a new role focused on building and sustaining a strong pipeline of hourly production, skilled trades, and frontline support candidates to keep pace with continued growth. We are looking for someone who brings energy and genuine enthusiasm for meeting people and starting conversations. This person thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys community outreach and job fairs, and takes pride in representing the organization to candidates and the community. The role partners closely with hiring managers to define needs, execute recruiting strategies, and move candidates through the process efficiently. Over time, there is opportunity to grow into recruiting for technical, engineering, and leadership roles as the organization expands. This position reports directly to the HR Manager and is on-site at our Buffalo, NY facility.
