Behavioral Innovations Colleyville Treatment Center
Mission: The mission for this role is to seek influential leaders that manage daily operations, ensuring productivity and efficiency on finance/budgeting, staffing, scheduling and overall growth, in an empathetic and compassionate manner in alignment with clinical outcomes.
Our Assistant Center Administrators are passionate individuals who think outside the box, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and push the envelope to support all daily operations. They are responsible for new hire orientation, hiring and performance assessments of all treatment center staff, except our BCBAs. To ensure our clients schedules are being forecasted appropriately, our Assistant Operations Administrators will block the schedules out a month in advance for our staff and clients. Due to our individualized 1:1 center-based services the staffing element of this role is extremely critical to ensure we have appropriate staff to be paired with our clients. The Administrators work closely with our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in the evaluation and development of existing and new therapy services. Our treatment center hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm.
