  • What You'll Do As a Virtual Benefits Care Representative , you'll serve as a trusted resource for clients seeking information about supplemental benefit programs.

Key Responsibilities Connect with clients who have requested information about available benefits Schedule and conduct virtual benefit consultations through Zoom Explain benefit options clearly and professionally Guide clients through the enrollment process Complete accurate documentation following each client interaction Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up Maintain professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in every interaction Participate in ongoing training and professional development What We're Looking For Successful candidates typically demonstrate:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities Basic computer and virtual meeting proficiency Self-motivation and the ability to work independently Positive attitude with a professional demeanor Strong organizational and time-management skills Coachability and a desire for continuous learning Leadership experience is a plus, with opportunities for advancement into leadership roles.
