Join Our Team as a Part-Time Resident Companion! We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Resident Companion to accompany residents to medical appointments and provide support throughout their visit. Responsibilities * Accompany residents to medical, dental, and other healthcare appointments. * Provide companionship and reassurance during appointments. * Assist residents with check-in, paperwork, and navigating healthcare facilities as needed. * Communicate important non-clinical information from appointments to the appropriate staff. * Ensure residents arrive safely to and from appointments. * Maintain resident confidentiality and treat all residents with dignity and respect. * Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications * Compassionate, patient, and dependable. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to assist residents with walking and mobility, as needed. * Ability to pass required background checks. * Experience working with older adults or in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
