• What You'll Do As a Remote Client Service Representative , you'll work directly with clients who have requested information regarding their benefits and coverage options.
• Client Support & Service Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and phone appointments Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options Explain products, services, and policy information in a clear, professional manner Assist clients with applications, enrollment, and policy updates Provide ongoing customer service and follow-up support Maintain accurate client records and documentation Relationship Building Build strong, long-term client relationships through trust and professionalism Deliver exceptional customer service during every interaction Help clients make informed decisions about protecting themselves and their families Maintain consistent communication throughout the client experience Professional Development Participate in ongoing virtual training and mentorship programs Attend leadership development workshops and coaching sessions Learn industry products, systems, and best practices Strengthen communication, customer service, and leadership skills Collaborate with a supportive remote team Why Join AO?

• Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.
