• What You'll Do As a Remote Benefits Representative , you'll work directly with clients who have requested information about their available benefits and coverage options.
• Client Support & Service Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and phone appointments Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options Review benefit programs and explain available solutions Assist clients with applications, enrollment, and benefit updates Provide ongoing customer support and follow-up communication Maintain accurate client records and documentation Relationship Building Develop long-term client relationships built on trust and professionalism Deliver exceptional customer service with every interaction Help clients make informed decisions about protecting themselves and their families Maintain consistent communication throughout the client experience Professional Development Participate in ongoing virtual training and mentorship Attend leadership development and coaching sessions Learn industry products, systems, and best practices Continue developing communication and relationship-building skills Why Join AO?
