Join our small, but mighty, Dexcom benefits team in an Americas-focused benefits role. This role will assist the Director Global Benefits with America's benefit and leaves programs and will need to have a strong background in benefits design, implementation, leave administration and maintenance.

Where you come in:

• You will design, implement, and maintain the benefits of the Americas region, including healthcare, supplemental benefits, time off, leaves, retirement programs, etc.
• You will manage leave administration and accommodations for the Americas region (currently U.S. and Canada).
• You will lead all details of annual open enrollment for the Americas region.
• You will oversee Workday benefits configuration for the Americas region working with HRIT and HR Operations.
• You will manage benefits compliance: annual testing/filings including ACA, 401(k) audit, retirement plan testing, FSA testing, employee notices, 5500s, etc.
• You will ensure plan documents, communications, intranet, benefits records and regulatory reports are kept up to date and executed according to current mandates and guidelines.
• You will monitor, analyze, and recommend ongoing changes to benefits structure and policy to maintain competitiveness, compliance, cost-effectiveness.
• You have experience partnering with offshore shared services teams to deliver efficient, high-quality HR and benefits administration, while effectively managing service levels, escalations, and stakeholder expectations in a global environment.
• You will expand the process and procedure documentation and ensure all internal and external knowledge articles are up-to-date and accurate.

What makes you successful:

• You have an established background and extensive knowledge in United States and Canada benefits, retirement, leave, time-off and well-being programs. Additional countries a plus. Knowledge of self-funded/self-insured plans a plus.
• You have supervisory and/or management experience overseeing a team of benefits and leaves analysts.
• You have good writing skills, strong communication skills, customer service, and analytical skills.
• You can work on your own with minimal supervision planning your schedule, problem solving, and arranging activities to accomplish your objectives.
• You are proficient with MS Office with strong excel, Smartsheet, and presentation skills.
• You have utilized and are experienced with technology platforms such as Sharepoint, ServiceNow, Workday, & ADP.
• You have strong project management experience overseeing various projects at the same time.

Experience and Education Requirements:

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 8-12 years of industry experience
• 2-5 years of previous management or lead experience

Flex Workplace: Your primary location will be a home office. You will not have an assigned workstation and will work with your manager to determine office visit needs. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km).

Salary:

$111,100.00 - $185,100.00
