We are seeking independent janitorial contractors and commercial cleaning businesses to service several small retail locations throughout Mississippi.
Contractors may service one location or accept multiple locations within a geographic area they can reliably cover.

Anticipated Cleaning Requirements
Each retail location averages approximately 3,500 square feet. Based on the information currently available, each visit is expected to take approximately 30–60 minutes.

The final scope of work has not yet been issued. Specific cleaning requirements, approved service times and contractor responsibilities will be provided before any location is assigned.
