Location: Orem, Utah
MITY Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support key parts of the employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and talent processes. This role will partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand staffing needs, support a strong candidate and new hire experience, improve recruiting workflows, and help keep important HR processes organized and moving forward. This is a full-time, in-office position based at MITY's headquarters in Orem, Utah.

What Will Help You Succeed
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in human resources, recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related role, with experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, HR operations, and employee lifecycle processes. A bachelor's degree in human resources, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience will also be considered.
Experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, production, or similar environment is preferred. The right person will be organized, responsive, detail-oriented, comfortable partnering with leaders, and able to manage multiple priorities while communicating clearly with candidates, employees, managers, vendors, and HR team members.
