This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can communicate expectations, train the team, follow up consistently, and hold people accountable for execution.

Leadership will provide the direction.

Your responsibility is to make sure that direction becomes reality through clear communication, training, daily action, consistent follow-up, and accountability.
