Job Description
You will be responsible for the overall planning, supervising, and quality of work of a team of several employees, identifying employee developmental needs and providing or arranging for training to maintain and improve job performance.
You will oversee entry and update of claims data in claims database system for tracking and adjudicating claims.
You will maintain and provide statistical data on disasters in short notice to offices holding an interest in the disaster.
You will plan work schedules on a weekly, project, or longer basis to meet priorities and requirements established by higher level supervisors.
You will examine, negotiate, and settle claims in various situations.
