  • Exploring and building partnerships with technology companies to showcase new technologies and services at the Smart Living Center, engage in pilot/demonstration opportunities, etc.
  • Exploring and building partnerships with universities to develop and engage in research studies and other projects.
  • Exploring and building partnerships with investment firms that focus on the disability population.
  • Working collaboratively with multiple departments to develop and grow the Smart Living Center, including Community & Business Development, Fund Development, Marketing, Government Relations, Finance, Programs, Information Technology, & Facilities.
  • Managing and coordinating cross-functional project teams and monitoring timelines, deliverables, and outcomes.
  • Supporting development of grant proposals.
  • Building relationships with community partners, referral sources, families, provider organizations, and other stakeholders.
  • Supporting data collection, reporting, and program evaluation efforts.
  • Monitoring program progress and recommending process improvements.
  • Developing presentations, proposals, reports, and program materials to promote the program.
  • Supporting the program by recruiting and supervising staff and people supported, as the program expands.
  • Representing the organization in meetings, presentations, and outreach activities.
  • Performing other related duties, as assigned.

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Relevant Master's degree preferred (i.e. MPH, MBA, MHA, etc.).
  • Strong project coordination or program management experience.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to effectively promote programs and engage diverse stakeholders, including families, providers, technology companies, university researchers, investment firms, and community partners.
  • Experience presenting to stakeholders or conducting community outreach preferred.
  • Experience supporting program implementation or growth preferred.
  • Passion for ADAPT's mission and demonstrates a commitment to the non-profit disability sector.

Compensation: $80,000 - $85,000 Annually + Industry-Leading Benefits!
