Within Amazon University Talent Acquisition (AUTA), the Experience (AUTA-X) team provides a best-in-class internship experience to engage and retain top diverse early career talent. AUTA-X is seeking a Program Manager to support the day-to-day operations across the internship lifecycle globally. This role will be instrumental in shaping the future of our high touch programming agenda, driving operational excellence, and ensuring the success of our early talent initiatives. This opportunity calls for a candidate willing to work effectively at scale, thrive in ambiguous situations, and deliver multiple projects while contributing to a collaborative team environment. They possess strong communication skills and ability to manage team priorities against tight timelines. A proven track record of effective prioritization and taking initiative is important. Candidates should be comfortable with ambiguity and possess strong customer obsession. The position will leverage tools, analytics, and communications to improve the education, engagement, and experience of field and corporate interns.
