BUR Production Manager
The Production Manager is responsible for all phases of production in assigned Burlington Medical site/s. This includes allocation of resources, coaching, development, and continuous improvement. The Production Manager drives delivery of high-quality manufactured products in a safe, timely and efficient manner while satisfying key metrics that include; Safety, Quality, Planning, Attainment, Productivity, and Respect.
Manage daily activities on the manufacturing floor. Direct employees, as needed and coordinate resources to ensure that key metrics are achieved. Deliver high-quality manufactured products while attaining and continually developing ideal behaviors in team members to embody TIDI Products Core Values & Guiding Principles. Directly manages the Supervisory Team and their reports. Provides direction, coaching, and develop reports through routine SAMs to ensure all Team Members are receiving individual development. Enhance standardization, safety, accuracy, and efficiency of processes through regular reviews of work instructions and procedures. Drives continuous improvement in safety, quality, productivity, and cost. Develop processes throughout production to maintain compliance with ISO 9001. Track and analyze performance metrics to identify both opportunities and potential issues with production outputs and WIP levels. Evaluate and manage production backorders to the lowest level possible. Encourage full participation of team members in continuous improvement and cost-saving activities utilizing methods such as Lean and 5S. Protect employees, contractors, and visitors by maintaining a safe and clean work environment. Safely achieve planned production output consistently and perform incident investigations when necessary. Assure that all personnel are trained in accordance with procedures and policies. Responsible for interviews and hiring all open positions within assigned area/s. Responsible for accurate and timely communication to all reports. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience and responsibilities. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Working knowledge of safety practices. Working knowledge of problem-solving techniques. Prior management and/or supervision experience desired.
