Job description
Property Manager
Property Management Associates seeking a full-time onsite Property Manager to oversee 3 properties totaling 87 units in Pasadena, CA. This role includes a free 1-bedroom apartment.
Compensation
- $23.00-25.00 per hour
- Free 1-bedroom apartment
- $300.00 auto allowance monthly
Job Requirements Include:
- A minimum of 3 plus years of conventional multifamily property management experience
- Perform daily/weekly comprehensive property walk-throughs, paying particular attention to items on the preventative maintenance list
- Conduct unit inspections, property inspections and upkeep
- Service of notes and all aspects of day-to-day management
- Market, conduct tours and lease apartments
- Conduct competitive market rent analysis reporting
Job Requirements Include:
- Knowledge of property accounting, such as Yardi
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Proficiency with computers, including a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to supervise and schedule maintenance staff & vendors.
- Proven ability to market and lease apartments.
- Must live on-site.
- One weekend is required and must be available for on-call as needed.
- Valid Driver's License and Evidence of Auto Insurance will be needed.
- A background, DMV, and Pre-Employment Physical will be conducted as part of our application process.
