UDRI is seeking a Business Systems Administrator Team Lead to provide strategic and operational leadership for the Business Systems team, with primary responsibility for the administration, optimization, and governance of the JAGGAER procurement platform. This role combines hands-on system administration with team leadership and business partnership. The position leads the business systems team, which is responsible for the system administration of all UDRI business systems. This position will serve as the lead system administrator for UDRI procurement system, JAGGAER. The Team Lead will ensure system reliability, integration integrity, process efficiency, and continuous improvement across UDRI's business systems. The ideal candidate possesses strong procurement system expertise, experience managing technical staff, and the ability to align business systems architecture with institutional and federal compliance requirements.
