What You'll Do:

• Recover: Proactively reach out to customers who abandoned their carts, re-engaging them to complete their purchase.

• Guide: Help pet owners understand the right products for their dog’s needs, answering questions and removing uncertainty with clarity and care.

• Convert: Turn warm leads into completed sales by building trust, addressing objections, and reinforcing value.

• Grow: Work with a high-intent audience, transforming near-buyers into loyal, repeat customers.

• Learn: Work closely with our dedicated leaders, leveraging our top-notch training resources to master the art of conversion and customer connection.

• Earn: Operate with no cap on commission, providing limitless earning potential while integrating seamlessly with our operations.

• Live: Work from home in a global remote environment, utilizing our communication tools and platforms.

• Sales Ethics: We are highly compliant and sell ethically, following all regulatory requirements of the FTC, never overpromising what a product can do or making unsubstantiated claims.

What's In It For You:

• Earnings: This is an hourly pay + commission role. All US reps earn minimum wage (this is permanent, not a draw against commission) in addition to commissions based on recovered sales. On-target earnings are estimated between $50,000 - $100K your first year. We also provide fully paid training.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in Abandoned Cart Recovery a huge plus, but not required.

• Highly driven self-starters who are motivated by growth opportunities and the drive to convert opportunities into outcomes.

• Strong interest, background, or passion for health and wellness—especially for pets.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a natural ability to build trust quickly.

• Comfortable engaging warm leads and guiding conversations toward confident purchasing decisions.

• The ability to work 40 hours per week (8 hours per day) starting at 8 AM CST.

• Reliable internet and equipment are required. Because this position involves frequent calls and digital communication, you’ll need a setup that supports clear, uninterrupted conversations. This means you should have:

• A fast and reliable laptop or desktop computer with a working mic, camera, and headset, capable of running our systems simultaneously (Salesforce, Zoom, etc.).

• Ethernet connection strongly preferred for consistent call quality.

• Internet speed of at least 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload of dedicated bandwidth, with latency under ~150ms, jitter under ~30ms, and packet loss under ~1%.
