About the Role

As our HVAC Sales/Service Manager, you will lead and support our field service team, ensuring technicians have the tools, guidance, and resources needed to deliver exceptional service. This hands-on leadership role combines operational oversight, technical expertise, coaching, and customer-focused problem solving.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with extensive HVAC experience who can inspire team performance, maintain service excellence, and help drive continued growth and success.

What You'll Do

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, coach, mentor, and support a team of HVAC service technicians.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure technicians are equipped to perform at their highest level.

Technical Support

• Provide hands-on assistance for complex service calls, diagnostics, and repairs.
• Serve as a technical resource and subject matter expert for the field team.

Performance Management

• Monitor technician sales, performance, productivity, and quality standards.
• Identify training opportunities and implement ongoing development programs.

Service Operations

• Oversee daily service scheduling and job coordination.
• Ensure timely, efficient responses to customer service requests.
• Support efforts to maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality.

Safety & Compliance

• Promote and enforce company safety standards and industry best practices.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, codes, and procedures.

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain accurate records of service activities, field operations, and project statuses.
• Analyze operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of HVAC field experience with strong technical expertise in HVAC systems.
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or team management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, performance-driven environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service mindset.
• Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and professional excellence.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position approximately 50% of the time.
• May be required to bend, kneel, squat, reach, climb stairs and ladders, crawl, walk, stand, and perform repetitive motions.
• May be required to drive and sit for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 75 pounds.
• May be required to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
