The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a leading private oil and gas operator in Frisco, Texas, to hire an experienced Office Manager to serve as the operational and financial backbone of a collaborative office. In this role, you'll take ownership of daily office operations, manage multiple priorities, and help keep the business running efficiently. As the company expands with multiple wells under development, you'll play a key role in managing increasing invoice volume and administrative demands while ensuring accurate, organized, and efficient operations. Schedule & Environment: Full-Time | Monday Friday | 8:00AM 5:00PM | Fully On-Site
Key Responsibilities:
Required Experience and Skills Bookkeeping or accounting background with several years of hands-on experience Oil and gas industry experience with knowledge of lease operating statements, revenue distributions, joint interest billing, and vendor invoicing in an operator environment Experience managing high-volume accounts payable with accuracy and efficiency Proven ability to independently manage office operations, including administrative and operational responsibilities Strong organizational, time management, and self-directed problem-solving skills
Preferred Experience Experience with Sage accounting software (training available for candidates with strong accounting experience) Previous experience supporting an active drilling program or a rapidly growing oil and gas operation
