IT Metrics Analyst
hybrid onsite 3 days a week Arlington TX

This person is doing a TON of query optimization & report development
Someone with Semantic modeling & deployment, more advanced stack experience
Strong SQL & Databricks
Governance & change management
General documentation
Understanding the ask from stakeholders
Power automate is helpful
Any type of predictive analytics experience would be helpful (this is also tied with Databricks)
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Architect end-to-end Power Platform solutions, including apps, dashboards, automations, and integrations
* Assist with refining requirements, shape the backlog, and align technical priorities to business goals
* Maintain architectural documentation that supports governance, clarity, and knowledge sharing across IT
* Lead requirements sessions and translate business needs into scalable, secure solution designs
* Design data architectures using Dataverse and connectors to support integration, modeling, and governance
* Extend platform capabilities with Power Fx, JavaScript, and Azure integrations using best-practice patterns
* Oversee testing, deployment, and lifecycle management in compliance with governance standards
* Provide architectural leadership and mentorship to support performance, maintainability, and standards alignment
* Collaborate across development, project, business analysis, and architecture teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Required skills:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* 3+ years of hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate in architecture or advanced development roles
* Strong expertise in Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Automate (cloud and desktop flows)
* Strong experience with SQL, relational database design, data modeling, and enterprise integration
* Strong analytical, architectural, and problem-solving skills
* Familiarity with APIs, custom connectors, and external system integration patterns
* Solid understanding of Power Platform performance, security, and governance principles
* Background in Microsoft technologies such as SQL Server, SSRS, C#, .NET, JavaScript, or HTML5
* Experience with Azure DevOps and Agile delivery methods
* Proficiency with GitHub, Azure DevOps, Visual Studio, or similar CI/CD tools
