Schedule: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Store operating days: Monday through Saturday)
Compensation: $16.00 to $20.00 per hour baseline
(Starting rate scales with experience and capability. Wage increases systematically as training benchmarks are achieved and tasks are executed without supervision).Additional Compensation: Commissions calculated on a percentage basis of completed, paid billable hours, and spiff commissions on large ticket sales on the showroom floor.

This unique hybrid role bridges critical administrative support for our technical field team with active customer service and retail sales on our showroom floor.The ideal candidate possesses exceptional multitasking skills, a welcoming personality, and the structural discipline required to manage financial registers, optimize scheduling, and convert field work orders into finalized bookkeeping credits.
1. Responsibilities for Service Reception· Open and close the Service Departmento Unlock and lock doors/o Count down till, pull out deposits, and take them to Admin for night drop.o Open and close the point of sale.· Keep your workspace clean and presentable for safety and public use.· Attend company meetings to increase efficiency and address customer difficulties· Co-ordinate with Service Techs for efficiency and accuracy.
Customer Service- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

- Answer basic hot tub repair questions
o Completing Work Orders and setting up techs for jobso Ordering parts for jobs as neededo Schedule or reschedule techs as needed.o Follow up and support techs and/or customers during AND after jobs.o Make sure all Work Orders are closed out properly with all information and notes from techs/ money received/ and warranty completed.
Warranty Starting warranty trail, both electronic and paper. Return parts and establish credits from vendors Complete Work Orders from credits Communicate with Store Manager or Accountant to confirm credits.
QualificationsMust have own transportation to travel between showroom locations and to and from work. High school diploma or higher. Have experience in customer service and working with the public. Familiar with Excel spreadsheets, Google Sheets, Docs, etc.
2. Showroom Floor Reception/Sales Associate· Answering phones
- Be able to communicate pleasantly, empathetically, and efficiently with difficult situations. Assisting Customers on the showroom floor
- Answer inventory questions, especially hot tub and pool tables
- Write up work orders and do data entry in spreadsheets
- Schedule delivery crews and communicate with HQ
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Daily Duties1. Set up till every morning2. Check voicemail at the beginning of the day and relay messages to appropriate departments3. Do transactions at the Cashier's desk for carry-out items4. Assisting customers as described previously. Making sales.a. Sending Customer Paperwork to HQ for Delivery or Serviceb. Confirming Scheduled Deliveries on Calendar5. Product location, helping with inventory in the store.6. Keep cash wrap desk, Showroom, bathrooms, and back stock organized and cleana. Follow the cleaning chart for daily, weekly, and monthly duties.7. Check voicemail at the end of the day8. Count Till and prepare daily deposit.a. If the manager is not available for the night drop-off of the deposit, take the deposit to Central Bank.
