Location: Costa Mesa, CA (100% Onsite) Compensation: $100,000$120,000 annually, DOE Schedule: Full-Time Travel: Local travel throughout Orange County & Greater Los Angeles; occasional evening/weekend events required

Position Summary

The Bilingual Korean-English Recruiter will lead grassroots recruiting efforts focused on attracting Korean-speaking talent throughout Orange County and Greater Los Angeles. This individual will develop community partnerships, represent the organization at networking events, and partner closely with hiring managers to deliver an exceptional candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute community-based recruiting strategies to attract bilingual Korean-English talent.
• Build and maintain relationships with Korean-speaking professional organizations, universities, alumni groups, churches, cultural organizations, workforce programs, and local businesses.
• Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, cultural events, and community outreach initiatives.
• Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, job boards, social media, and direct outreach.
• Conduct candidate screenings and interviews in both Korean and English.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Coordinate interviews, maintain candidate communication, and ensure a positive recruitment experience.
• Track recruiting activity, candidate pipelines, outreach efforts, interviews, offers, and hires within the Applicant Tracking System.
• Assist with reference checks, onboarding coordination, and recruiting compliance as needed.

Qualifications

Required

• Professional fluency in both Korean and English (written and verbal).
• 23 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, community outreach, business development, or a related field.
• Experience engaging Korean-speaking communities throughout Orange County, Los Angeles, or surrounding areas.
• Strong relationship-building, networking, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and recruiting initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience utilizing LinkedIn, Indeed, applicant tracking systems, job boards, and social media sourcing tools.
• Willingness to travel locally and attend occasional early morning, evening, or weekend recruiting events.

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Legal industry recruiting experience.

Compensation & Benefits

• $100,000$120,000 annual salary, depending on experience.
