As a Human Resources (HR) Operations Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for associates seeking support with HR services, policies, and proceduresvia our case management system and phone. You'll handle a wide range of inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and collaborate with HR teams on more complex matters. This role also supports HR subject matter experts by maintaining data integrity, testing system changes, managing system tables, generating reports, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and HRIS upgrades.
This position is based in our Milwaukee, WI office and offers a hybrid work schedule: in-office Tuesday through Thursday, with remote work on Monday and Friday.
