You are on the floor, with guests, moving through the center all day.
This is not a desk job.

A Wellness Specialist is the face of the center and the reason guests come back.
You greet, educate, guide, and deliver our recovery and lifestyle services, and you help every guest find the membership, pass, or service that fits their goals.
What You'll Own Serve as a warm, confident, guest-facing presence from the moment someone walks in.
Give tours, run the tour exchange, answer questions, and educate guests on our services.
Deliver our lifestyle and recovery services (cryotherapy, compression, red light, sauna, and more) to standard.
Complete opening and closing checklists; keep treatment rooms, common areas, and the front desk clean, stocked, and reset; do the daily walkthrough and flag anything that needs follow-up.
